PSWeM is a Service Level (Service Level Management - SLM)
management software for networks . It’s 100% web-based, specifically executing administration tasks of SLA (Service Level Agreement) and QoS (Quality of Service). It uses SNMP as managent protocol and requires that the managed equipments are MIB-II complient.

Your principal development language is PHP. But some modules uses C and Perl, also using database MySQL , and for graphics generation, RRD (by Tobias Oetiker).

Basically, it executes cyclic MIBs data gathering on the managed equipments and stores them in the DB of the application.
Reports are generated through the analysis of these data,
and SLAs threshold alarms are discharged.

Finally, it allows user creation and network interfaces can be associated to these users. It allows each user access the interfaces information used only for him.
